How to return
Three simple steps
- Email us at karlahartproductions@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
- We’ll send a return label and instructions once your return is accepted.
- Send it back and we’ll email you when it’s been received and inspected.
Items sent back without first requesting a return can’t be accepted.
Wrong size?
The fastest way to swap sizes is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the size you need.
Damaged or wrong item?
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. We’ll make it right.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $10 Australia-wide, and free on orders of $100 or more. Express shipping is $15.
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery takes 2–8 business days and Express takes 1–4 business days. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within Australia only.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from Perth, Western Australia.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Return the item you have within 30 days and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the size you need.
How long do refunds take?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
